Stuff that Turkey...



I feel like the operator at the 1-800-Turkey-Hotline. Just saw my friend at choir, and she was grilling me about my stuffing recipe. She'd just gotten some Trader Joe's cornbread stuffing cubes (that dry kind), and was wondering how she should use them. Yipes! I usually use soft bread (of good quality); then I don't have to round up some extra chicken stock to add moisture to those dry bread cubes...
