Hummm... Chocolate, or Cheesecake? Both!

Years ago, I asked my mom to give me her best cheesecake recipe. I didn't want to mess around with a bunch of potential recipes... Just give me the best!
My mom bakes a lot... She said the New York Style Cheesecake was definitely the best, and our family decided: She's right!
But I did take it a step further. We also love chocolate in our family, so I worked up a way to have the best of both worlds. Topped with some fresh strawberry sauce, it's actually quite light-tasting. Almost healthy-tasting! I would recommend this recipe to anyone else looking for a great cheesecake recipe.
