Fruit Kabobs w/Pineapple Coconut Dip



When we serve these at a party, the spears of fresh fruits go fast. Pineapple, strawberries, and mango are great for kabobs, as they won't turn brown on you. And the Pineapple Coconut dip is awesome. The cream cheese is whipped until it's light, some frozen pineapple juice concentrate and Organic Coconut Oil add a tropical flavor. Check out the Fruit Kabob recipe at pccuisine.com.
